Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 8qqee platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its users ("user", "member", "you"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you agree to all the terms set out below.

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are provided below:

1.1 Key Terms

• "Platform" — The entirety of the 8qqee website, app, and related services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — The cash amount deposited in the account (bonus balance is separate).
• "Bonus Balance" — Funds received through promotions that are withdrawable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how much must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the 8qqee platform and use any gaming or betting service, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts. If age cannot be verified, 8qqee reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. Different members of the same household may use separate accounts, but if the same device, IP address, or payment method is shared, verification will be required.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

At registration, you must provide your real name, correct date of birth, valid contact information, and details of an active payment method. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 8qqee support team immediately. Sharing your credentials with a third party will be considered a violation of these Terms.

3.2 KYC Verification

8qqee may request identity verification documents at any time if required. Documents typically required include:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of payment account ownership (confirmation of bKash / Nagad / Rocket number)
• Bank statement or utility bill (if required)

If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process will remain on hold.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

8qqee reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• If a violation of the Terms is established
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• If signs of money laundering or illegal financial activity are detected

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following approved payment methods can be used to deposit funds into 8qqee:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

After 8qqee reviews a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if KYC has not been completed.

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5). Before the wagering requirement is met, only the original deposit can be withdrawn, but in that case the associated bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Transaction Rejection

Deposits or withdrawals may be rejected in the following cases:

• Mismatch between the payment account name and the registered name
• Account verification is incomplete
• Technical issues or disruption in banking channels
• Indicators of suspicious financial activity

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

8qqee offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A ৳22,000 deposit earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus portion only, not on the original deposit).

5.3 General Terms for Using Bonuses

• Each promotion has its own terms, which are stated on the promotions page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each account may benefit from each promotion only once.
• If evidence of promotion abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• 8qqee reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel a promotion at any time.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members can be promoted to VIP tiers based on their activity. Weekly cashback rates by tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback is added directly to the balance and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Fair play is ensured across all games and betting options on 8qqee. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 8qqee uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions secure.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• In a combination or accumulator bet, if even one outcome is found to be incorrect, the entire bet will be lost.
• Data stored on the game provider's server will be considered the final authority in any dispute.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, bets are confirmed based on the information available at the time the market is announced. If any subsequent changes occur (such as a match being suspended or a player change), 8qqee will apply the relevant rules as described in the separate Sports Betting Rules. 8qqee reserves the right to cancel or place under review any bet showing unusual or suspicious betting patterns.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts
• Opening an account using a fake or stolen identity
• Using software bots or automation to influence game outcomes
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the game system or software
• Collusive betting against other users

7.2 Financial Crimes

• Attempting to launder money or clean illegal funds through the platform
• Chargebacks or payment fraud
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account

Responsible Gaming

8qqee believes that gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

8.1 Self-Control Features

8qqee members can use the following features to protect themselves:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specific period
• Session Limit: Limit continuous playing time
• Temporary Break: Pause your account for a set period
• Self-Exclusion: Request to remove yourself completely from the platform

8.2 Minor Protection

Parents are advised to use content filtering software on family computers or mobile devices to prevent minors from accessing this platform. If 8qqee receives information about a suspected underage account, it will immediately close the account.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 8qqee platform — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, designs, and related materials — is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or modifying content for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use of the platform is prohibited.
• Games from providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) are operated under their own intellectual property rights.
• 8qqee's trademarks or logos may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

8qqee bears no liability for the following:

• Gaming sessions disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical errors
• Delays or issues with third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from user negligence or sharing login credentials with a third party
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions

8qqee is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages beyond a reasonable amount. The platform provides services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Amendment & Termination

11.1 Changes to Terms

8qqee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement. If a user wishes to close their account, they must submit a request to the support team. Any verified balance (subject to wagering conditions) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
